Tampering in my orginal documents

My ICICI housing loan No LBCHE 00000525584 has beeen pre closed on 10 October but while checking the documents from Annanagar Chennai ICICI branch to collect my documents it was found that the orginal pages in the sale deed and the parent documents are missing.

My complaints was taken with the SR85094524 and SR84189925 and was supposed to get back to me on Nov 09 and then extended to Nov 11.

Since I did not get proper response after several reminders I was informed that ICICI will get back to me on Nov 15. The dday is today but still now no response.

Hence I request the concerned to help me in getting the documents immediately as it is very urgent for me now.
