Refund of deposited registration fee

I have deposited 4500/- as registration which is refundable if the exalt consulting unable to provide me job in six months.

I Have registerd ther is April and validity expired in Nov. Still not recieving money.

TRhey are not recieving my call. No body answer the call. I have all the proofs which said they have to refund the money.
