No mention of Coach Position on Reservation Chart leading to serious hardship

I am a frequent traveller to Chandigarh in 3rd or 2nd AC with prior reservation by Sadbhavna Expree (Train No. 2231) At Roorkee the stoppage of train is 2 minutes. Since Coach position is never mentioned on Reservation Chart and station staff is blank about this information and AC coaches are sometimes close to engine and some time at the back it becomes extremely difficult to reach the coach in two minutes specially with luggage and small children

Therefore it must be ensured that Coach position must be mentioned on reservation chart of Train No. 2231 and other trains as well without fail.

Till such time this is not ensured stoppage at Roorkee must bechanged from 2 minutes to Fifteen minutes.
