I order T-shirt on Jul 9 in 100bestbuy.com. And i received it on 10th july but it was damaged, so I filed ticket, called the customer support twice but to no avail.

However, the customer care called me to inform that the issue shall be resolved in 48 hours. I hope that is the case.
