Good evenin sir/madam,

I am akshay mahajan and took ur flight IT232 on 07 aug frm delhi to chennai... i was carryin extra baggage of 6 kgs makin it a total of 31 kgs... on the counter while the weighin was bein done i was asked to pay Rs1800... on requesting the person at the desk to consider my case (I am a defence officer and was proceedin on a permanent transfer)... he finally told me to pay Rs 600 n took this money without giving a receipt (which i realised later)... what i want to bring to light is that corruption has found its way in the aviation industry too n it was indeed a very sad experience n a few people like this can tarnish the name of ur reputed airlines. I expect u to take necessary actions and undo the harm caused to ur airlines and customers.
