I shifted my residence to Begumpet and hence raised a request to IFB customer care for re-installation. They provided me with the ticket number 2318900.They told me that their service person would contact me in 2 days time. It did not happen even after a week. I called up the customer care and informed again. This time their engineer called up whose name is one Mr. Reddy. He reverse complains that we are not receiving his mobile calls which is not true each time. In fact we ended up caling many times and gave up. To top it all, I get the message on my mobile that the problem is resolves whilw it is still pending. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE.Needs an OVERHAUL.
