Exide 9B Motorbike battery
Battery dead within 1year

I have purchased a new Exide battery from a Exide dealer on 18/09/08, his shop is situated at opp golf club chembur mumbai 74, named as Hari om tyre and batteries. Battery serial no is 098322/2G8-2.I have handed over the battery to the dealer on 17/09/09 as i have 1 more day left for the expiry of 1 year warranty of the exide battery, now the dealer is telling that i cant assure u whether ur battery will be made/exchanged and given back to u and he is taking 10days without giving me another battery from his side to use.

So i kindly request Exide company to look after this matter very seriously and sew that dealer who is spoiling companys name.
