Delay in replacement of Battery under warranty period

We have purchased two batteries of exide company, max make from from their exclusive authorised showroom G-25 savitri market Sec- 18 Noida on 19-5 for our inverter. these batteries were not working properly since february. after so many phone calls to dealer . they take out our batteries and give us job no 17906 and 17907 dated 20-3-08 and phone no 0120 4117951 (manoj)

they have not replaced our batteries till date . due to which we have a huge inconvenience in summe
