Exide Battery
Attery is not working properly

I am the user of exide battery which I have installed in my Activa (scooter). I have purchased it from Exide Care (Address: The Bat Shop, Opp Naranpura Post office, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-13). I was given 1 year warranty. But after 3 months the battery was not working properly. I have made complaint to above mentioned Exide care, but the manager of such is not doing anything. His behaviour with me is very bad. He is saying that every battery doesn't work properly in the morning as in the morning it is too cold for the battery to work. I feel like Exide Company has cheated me as it hasn't made such kind of specification while I was purchasing the battery.

Please help me to resolve my problem.
