Non working of Tubular battery

Sir,

I purchased one tubular battery from your authorised dealer M/s Krishna Tyres, Near dayal palace, Rajpura (pb.) via bill no. 382 on dated 07-05 with warranty card and warranty of 30 months. I am sorry to say but your battery quality is very poor and am getting problem with this battery from last 2 months.

Sir, I am very harassed by your dealer because this battery is not working properly and on approaching the dealer he is just replying that he is not having this company now. Sir, please look into the matter and tell me wat to do. My battery No. is 3Q9-027255..
