Exide Battery
Poor Backup of 1 year old Companay Battery

Hi,

I purchased Exide Battery in July 07, With in first year it has shown poor back, so i complained to the dealer. He kindly accepted my request took away my battery for servicing. At the first moment itself I insisted dealer to exchange a new battery on behalf of old one coz later one is still under gauranty period, but he refused to do so. Finally i got my product after 4 months time.By that time winter started we didn't have any choice to test backup. But dealer assured us atleast 6 hrs (two fans & two lights) backup. recently i got know it is giving hardly 2.30 hr backup, which we can't expect from a branded company. In this regard i want your help. So please guide me in right way.
