Exide Battery
BATTERY NOT WORKING

I have purchased a Exide Battery from your Dealer -

R.S. AUTO ELECTRICALS, A-4/20, PASCHIM VIHAR, NEW DELHI- 110063.

Name of proprietor- Sunil Sharma, Vikrant Kundra.

Cont No's- 9312837307, 9250504063, 9210039590, 9811728174, 9213838613.

I've purchased the battery in the month of April- 2008 & after 2 months it stopped working. i gone to the dealer but they closed this shop & when i tried to contact then after listening my problem they disconnect my phone & not respond after that.

They people are doing nothing but harrasing the customers like anything also playing with the goodwill of your prestigious company.

Batter details :

Battery Type- 12m*2.5 LC

SM- 461330/7G7

Your authorised dealer is destroying your company's reputation.

I am afraid if the battery is not replaced, i have no other option but to approach the consumer forum.

Hoping an early reply in the above matter.
