Dealer nuisance

I am driving a Kinetic -4S. Last fortnight; I had replaced my battery since it was old. After replacement the vehicle is not self starting as it should be. According to the dealer there might be some problem in my vehicle. So subsequently; I checked my vehicle through authorized kinetic showroom in Pune&-No faults with the vehicle; battery unable to take load, discharges frequently.

Now the dealer is refusing to either re-charge the battery or replace it. After enquiry;I found out that this is a know issue with the dealer i.e. either he provides a faulity battery or an old one to the customers.
