Exide Battery
Not getting proper back up

I have bought a battery and a inverter but i am not getting proper back up as well as some liquid also flows from it and the shop from which i had bought it is also been closed .the battery and inverter are only 9 months old they are still in warranty period i had complained for it but no one responded to it.
