Misbehaviour of deale

I have brought one Exide battery from Shodpur dealer (KOLKATA, 24 Parganas North) but within 7 days its not giving proper backup. i have complaiionnt about that but the dealer refused to replace it as well as repair it. also he came to my house and misbehaved with my wife claiming the balanced money. as because i was not there i couldnt do anything. so i took the decision to inform you so that u can take needful action.
