Dear Sir,

We are purchased exide battery on dated 2 january with commitment of two year waranty, sypplyer was familier with us so he did not give us any receipt, if we demanding him for waranty card, or bill he ignoring and told us dont worry we are solve ur problem, I am complaining from april that our exide battery is not working properly pls chek it but he not come again we complaning after july he told us ur waranty has been finished, we told him u gave us 2 year waranty if u chek record our waranty will be finished 2 jan but now he told company give only 18 month waranty, u have to purchase new battery, I think this is matter of broken faith, fraud, and taurchring us, pls see the mette
