Battery not charging

I purchase a battery (Max Exide) from Sparkint Auto Agency Noida (Dealer code-21292, C-337 Sector 10 Noida) Battery No. CRN No. GHA/GHA/EX/08/01894 MF. Code -1AB on 1st March 08 for my inverter. The battery given to me was found defective while using. The same was taken by me to your service center. They checked it & confirm that it is defective & kept it for repair for one week from 21 May to 26 May wide challan no. GHA/GHA/08/734. After repair also it is not charging. I feel very imbrassed my hard & money Rs. 6800/= has gone waste without fault of mine.

It is requested that the defective battery may please be changed immidiatly. Eagerly waiting for your action please.
