Refuse to give on site service

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that I am a customer of Exide battery, have taken the model -MATRIX car bettery before 1 year, whice having 3 years full warranty.now I am facing some starting issues in my CAR. as there is no charge in my battery.

Yesterday I have called exide help line no 033-3271-1111 but the executive told me that they are unable to replace/ services the bettery from my billing address.

Please help to resolve my issue as it is very difficult for me to carry the battery without my CAR.
