I have purchased a battery type plus 1350 of EXIDE on 15/03/08 having a warranty period of 18 months;but on 22-05-09 when its warranty period was remaining it started giving problem and even stopped working. I complained to auth. dealer; but he never turned up to check the battery and kept on saying that it will start working automaticaly; i called him many times but he never turned upon;on 10 november he turned to us and said that your battery is dead and it has to be replaced with new one. This is a poor service he provided; as our battery should have been replaced free as it was in gaurteed period when it started giving problem.
