Replacement of Battery

I have purchased a Exide inva tubular IT 500 battery on December. It has a warranty period of 30 months. Last month (Sept) battery was giving back up of 30 min only. So, I asked my dealer (Debnath Battery, Ranaghat- Nadia) to check it up. He checked it and kept my bettery for replacement and said within 20 daysI'll get my battery back. To day I called him and came to know that my battery has not been sent to company yet. He is not giving me the any proper reason for that and misbehaving with me. Actually I wanted to know the status of my bettery and he arogantly rejected that and said that he won't share any of his document further. He clearly mentioned what ever I want to do I can and he won't share none of his document. Details of my battery are given below:
