Damage of cell in one yea

Sir,
I have the honour to inform you that I bought an exide battery (Type-DG 150, Sr. No 0612180900) on 21.07.2007 from Mahesh motors, Hospital Road-Sivasagar for domestic use in inverter. But, I have got some problem in my battery since first week of July'08. I was unable to check the battery at proper time. Having checked the battery in Mahesh Motors on 6/08/08 found that one of the cells got damaged. The battery got damaged just completetion of one year. I have send a letter to The Area Sales Manager, Exide Indrustries Ltd. Guwahati on 08/08/08 to kindly replace the battery. But I have not received any reply from him. So, I think you will be kind enough to comply with my request and keep the reputation of your company.
