REPLACEMENT BATTERY NOT DELIVERED

I have purchased exide inva tubular battery it 550 on 3rd june. In just 23 months, my battery backup reduced to only 1/2hr. I have complained to dealer from where I purchased it. He submitted the old battery and promised to deliver a new battery as it is in warranty with 15 days but, there is no responce from them. Its been over 3 months but I havnt received the replacement yet. I have tired to call them to solve my problem but they never try to solve my problem, sometimes they disconect my cal, or misbehave. So I have posted my problem here because I think only u people can solve my problem. I want to give the full details of my battery details:-
