Inverter battery service during warranty period

Baterry Inva queen was purchased by me on 13/04 from Gopal Ji furnishes Dhanabd under 18 months warranty scheme. After several inspection battery was taken back by supplier on 05/08 by saying it will takearound 15 days. till today he is not able to give exact information about the replacement of battery or status. He is only saying battery is send to jamshedpur service center and no report is coming from that side. as per him battery was send to hind batteries supplier of battery in dhanbad on 08/08.

From enquiry from exide service center Jamshedpur I came to know till date i.e. 24/09 they didnt recieve such battery from dhanabd.

Meantime i already spent 1000 rs on a battery which i have taken on rent.

Please suggest me what i should do to handle this situation and inform me exact situation of battery.
