Exide invatubular battery
Not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a 2 invatubular Exide battery (Batch No 3N8 & Serial No 22950, 22216) from Raj electicals, Rohtak, Haryana on 17/03, covering a warranty for 30 months. Right from the beginning the battery starts giving problem and on verbal complain authorized person from Raj electricals, Authorised dealer from Rohtak talked me telephonically and suggested me that in starting this can happen with invatubular, please get these batteries charged with big charger, i got them charged at my place at my cost, but after 2/3 months the batteries started showing same problem i.e. battery is getting discharged within4/5 hours with only one fan after full charge. I have reported Raj electricals but this problem remained unsolved till today. I have talked to them over phone and in person i have met dealer several times. now I have changed my invertor on there recommendation also, but the problem is same. Now they are saying that u have to leave batteries of 1-1.5 months for repair. How can it be possible in this hot summer without invertor even afetr spending Rs.22000.Please take the necessary step at an early. Thanking you,
