Exide IT 500(150A)
Not functioning

I have purchased Exide IT500 (150A) on 11-09 fro Vision Electronics Ranchi. Details of Battery is IUA 88245. Presently it is not working at all due to shell problem. I have given a complain to customer care on 7-5 . The complain no was provided by customer care represetative is EJHO 00001024. It was also said by them that the engineer will visit within two working days, it is unfortunate that till today evening no one has visited or entertained . my smaller shop of ladies cloths are badly affected . now we are loosing faith on service of the Exide company. Kindly remove my problem immediately.
