Name not included in recently applied Voters ID after shifting fromSindrl/Noida

Self along with my wife (Sikha Ghosh), my eldest son (Debapriya Ghosh, my daughter-in-law (Swarnali ghosh) applied in prescribed Form No 6 with address proof (BSNL Telephone Bill) along with photo copy of last voters ID received from Sindri/Delhi/Kolkata respectively for self, wife, son and daughter-in-law. Our part no is 55 and constituent is Ragarhat-Gopalpur constituency.

I would like to know why our names were not included in the revised list. While serving inPSU, GOI for more than three decades conducted election as a presiding officer twice, I say sorry to let you know by who are the wise men presently in Election office have done the mischief.

If time permits, I would like to send the photo copy of form no 6 to West Bengal State ElectionCommissioner, 18, sarojini Naido Sarani, Kolkata-17.

My present address as furnished in Form No 6 is given bellow for your necessary action.
