Non Receipt ot the Courier Cover Sent By ICICI

ICICI Bank had sent to me Balance Transfer DD thru Espress Couriers 22.5.08 to my residence address in Chennai Besant Nagar, as confirmed by the Customer Care officer of ICICI Bank phone banking division.

I have not so far recd the same even though 10 days are over. No slip of intimation was found inside our door in case the courier had come in our absence. Also I did not get any call from them regarding this.

I would like to know the status of above mail from ICICI sent through this courier. We checked up with the neighbours and they said it was not recd by them also.
