Non Delivery of items ordered thro' Rediff.com

Hi,

I ve ordered few items through rediff.com shopping site,

on 15/06, order no. 4660311.

Luckily I have not paid thro' Credit Card option available, or

Demand Drafts... instead I ve opted for COD (Cash on Delivery).

Daily i m searching the internet -Rediff.com site to track my order... its showing "In TRANSIT" date wise... the consignment sent thro' Express IT couriers...

Here in my place (Trivandrum, Kerala), I enquired with fellow courier companies, nobody knows whether Express IT courier company is existing or NOt!!! and till date I have not received

my ordered items...

I sent my complaint thro rediff.mail option &-gt; as usual I got an automated reply... we ll be come back to u within 2 days...

nothing happend so far...

My sincere advise to all e-commerce buyers... dont pay in advance while shopping... instead opt for Cash on Delivery...

U ll not loose anything...
