Express IT Courier
Atrocious service

I was to recieve a very important document from ICICI Lombard pertaining to an urgent health insurance issue. The document was sent through this so called "Express IT Courier". While checking the status of their POD on their website, I was shocked to see the response they had posted there. It was mentioned as they had come to my office deliver the cover, and they found that "The Consignee has left the Organisation".

Apparently this courier boy had come to my office and since I do not work on Saturdays, my office attendant informed him that I am not available in the office.

Such unprofessional, careless attitude, we shall not expect from any delivery services. People around the globe use this so called "professional" delivery services such as courier, for reaching important documents faster.

Even my mobile number was clearly mentioned in the cover, either the courier boy or the person responsible in Express IT should have given me a call to check on my availability for next delivery.

Atrocious service, highly unprofessional, I am surprised they still exist as a service provider!!!

Some authorities should put a stop for all these...
