Express IT Courier
NON RECPT OF COURIER SENT BY HSBC

HSBC bank has couriered me a packet on 10th of november through EXPRESS COURIER VIDE REF NO.4612878885 AND till date i have not recd it. the courier company customer care number only rings or is busy. when i contact hsbc they say express it courier has remarked it as delivered to some SUREHS an authorised person of RITESH BOKDIA. But no one such residese with me or at my residence. Kindly help.
