Courier Not Received

Hi,

I got a courier till now i have not recieved because the so called rules stated by the courier service. They will deliver only between 9:00 to 6:00. My office time is between 8:30 and 5:30 and i will be back only by 7:15 P.M. I have adjusted one day by saying can i get around 4:30 and they say it is not possible and u should receive only on time and not get from the courier

office even though i produce the ID card. This is absolutely not fair from the part of Courier Service. This is the third time i am not receiving it. The worst scenario is courier service boy does not have mobile number to contact?

Whether i have put one day leave for claiming my courier.

It is better you close down your service rather than insulting us.
