It's absolutely impossible to get in touch with this company. I am expecting my PAN card and have been waiting for it for quite some time. To find out its status, I tried calling them on the following numbers:

I mean, how can it be so difficult to contact this one company. When you type in 'Express Courier' in Google, the second page that pops up is consumer complaints against this company. That itself tells a lot. Someone with authority must initiate action and ensure that the company is liquidated. My next step is legal action.
