EXpress IT Courier service
Non delievery of courier from ICICI

This is regarding above mentioned consignment which was to be delieverd at my Noida Address.

I had talked to a customer service executive at 10.10am on 19.12.08 in Noida branch & asked him to deliever the same after 6.30pm as i was in office, which he agreed to do so.

Yesterday when i checked the status, it showed delievery time 1pm n the reason consignee not available.

Today on 20.10.08, i tried contacting every customer service no.s in Delhi & noida but none was picked up. Again it showed the same status, although i had been at the mentioned address whole day.

I mailed them twice on their email id.but till date i havent got any response.

Express IT is the poorest courier service, who never cared to bother attending customer calls.

I hope ICICI will discontinue taking service from such Courier service to avoid loosing its Brand Equity & trust.
