Expressit courier service
Nondelivery of courier at Trichur, Kerala

A courier of ICICI bank was supposed to be delivered on 23rd sep 08 at my address. A week prior to this another courier was delivered carrying my card without any hassle by another courier boy of the same courier service. The envelope carried my hos-ital address also. Since i was operating on 23rd asked the courier to deliver it to the hospital. He insisted on delivering the same to my residential address which is agreeable. After reaching home he behaved in a condescending manner with my mother who was home and inspite of showing the id proof (Passport) refused to deliver. Later in the evening when i called the service the manager failed to answer the call and another employee answered the call in a very idiotic manner and told to do whatever i could and refused to deliver. It is pathetic that a company like ICICI employes such unprofessonal service. If no action is taken against such incorrigable service i am sure that both will be at loss.
