Sir, i was to receive two cheques from icici bank. the same were despatched on 3rd oct from mumbai. when i checked their website with the AWB no, it gave me a message that "the door is locked on 6th oct at 1840 hrs. message given". where as no body came to my house. in any case somebody or the other is always at home.repeated attempts to contact them on their cc no failed to get any answere. what should i do if a courrier company sulks in that manner.
