Extreme Misbehaviour of railway staff

Sir,

I am a job seeker. And I am new in Bangalore. On 12 th October 11.59 p.m I went to White Field Station to form a queue of Tatkkal reservation. The lady sitting at the ticket counter told me to come at 8 a.m. But the words she used are "Get out from here.". Another man was sleeping at the room. I replied her that "A man is already sleeping, but I cant sit here . ok. But you can behave like this". At that time I left that place and sit at white field railway station for 4 hours. Then a man came for ticket at 4 o clock. And I again join the the queue. At 7 a. m the lady come and bit me and broke my spectacles. And she insist another lady to not giving me tatkal reservation. Can you help me about this matter. My cell no is 09742348614 (Bangalore). I want justice. I am coming from a poor family. A spectecle is very important for me. You can verify I am right or wrong. She generally misbehave with customers. She have no right to bit a customer. Thanks
