Ticket Cancellation Refund

I had booked ticket through Ezeego1 on 30-nov-07.I had canceled that ticket within few days . till now 2nd april, i am calling them . each time i call, customer care people says wait for another 72 hours. I had already confirmed with JETLITE they says they had transfered money to Ezeego1 on 1 - jan - 08 .
