No refund received after 6 weeks

I had booked a hotel - Booking Ref No: EZR-557338 on 03 Aug 14:27. On 14-Aug, i asked for cancellation and i was told that i will get the refund within 72 hours. After that i have talked to more than 6 CSR's at ezeego1 and sent more than DOZEN mails. CSR's always say that it will take 72 hours, 3 days or 7 days to process your refund. Through e-mail they are just generating case-id's (Reference number 95295).

Bottom-line, no resolution. Looks like that there is a FRAUD going-on within the company. The site should be BLACK-LISTED.
