I had booked a ’Deccan’ ticket under ’Ticket pe Ticket’ offer promoted jointly by Ezeego.com and ICICI credit card. The payment for the same was made through ICICI gold card No 4477 4740 3950 5006 on 25th October –2007.
On making the payment for the first set of tickets, a promotional code was generated which was used for purchase of the return journey. For the return journey a sum of Rs 4725 was paid as a tax component of the ticket through the above said card.
At the end of the above, I got 2 invoices from Ezeego.com acknowledging the payment. The promotional ticket generated on the second instance does not have any PNR number of Air Deccan, which I see as a booking failure. I checked with Air Deccan and the invoice generated by Ezeego has no validity with them.
I wrote 5 mails and had been trying to reach customer care at Ezeego on the telephone number given in the web site and till date there is no response. I fear whether anything like customer care exist with Ezeego.
