Ezeego with ICICI Credita card cash back Offer

Hi,

We have booked Hyderabad - Goa from Ezeego Airline flight Return tickets from 02-11 to 06-11.We have made Rs.32844/- transaction through ICICI Titanium credit card on 31/10 afternoon.

Booking ref no: EZR-275322/A

unfortunately we got a mail stating the failure transaction but we received a message from ICICI bank that the transaction is done for amount Rs.32844/-

we enquired with ICICI bank they are saying that transaction is done and they needs you’re confirmation regarding the failed transaction of our tickets so as to revert back the amount in our account.

We have called to Ezeego toll Free number.. many time i dint get connected with customer executive.. and there is no response form "complaints@ezeego1.com" there is irresponsibly from the Ezeego. Is this the way cheating with the people.. Stupid offers bullshit..
