Non Delivery of ONIDA Microwave for over 3 weeks

Hi,

I purchased a ONIDA microwave from e-Zone Nirmal Lifestyle Mulund Shop on 26th Jan 09 and paid for the same immediately on purchase. I was promised delivery in 3 days time. It is 13th Feb today and am yet to receive delivery of the same. Repeated compliants to their call centre have been met with a standard reply 'Out of stock. WIll be delivered in 2 days time'.
