Cash back not received

I have booked ticket 9w 324 for 6 nov thro my ICICI card and as per T & C i supposed to get cash back of 50% on my basic fare, as and when i call to call center they undersan the issue and infrom me about that cash back will be given in 3 working days, atlest i get in touch with more then 10 time, there is no mackinsam for trakimg the complain, also mail send are unanswered.
