Did not allow to board the aircraft

I had issued a flight ticket from Jazeera airways website. I did the payment of ticket from my brthers credit card, i had issued this way tickets many times. As this airline is non-refundeble they dont refund if u r no-show or late to board before 1hr before departure.

On 14 march i was having a confirm ticket but airline people didnt allow to board the flight. Saying that u cannot travel as u r not a credit card holder or buy new ticket which was coasting more then business class fare. As we were holding Authority letter from the credit card holder. At the Airport Mr. Piyush Khanna was incharge he told us u buy new ticket and travel i am writing and giving to you on this basis u will get full refund from airlines office we took new ticket and traveled but till now no responce from the airline.

Already they got the payment from credit card and Business class fare but gave economy class ticket.

This way this airline is making money and showing huge profit

This airline has started thuging the people
