Ude behaviour of staff

I would like to bring to notice the rude behaviour and careless approach of fabmall staffs towards customers. The staff of HULIMAVU, BANGALORE fabmall have no respect for the customers.they argue and create a big fuss even for small matters when the customers do not provide change.i visit this fabmall regularly but the situation is getting worse day by day.argueing with customers, behaving rudely and non cooperation is regularly seen in the store.i urge the owners and respective authorities to look up into the matter and get the entire crew along with the store manager to be replaced immediately.
