Above card no issued to Haridoss D

At the time of issuing the above card told that

1. It is life time free card.

2. Just give your salary bill we will give u the free card if you are not using no problem.

3. No service charges.

Etc………………………

At the time of issuing, your executives begging like

1. We have to get incentive so please get a card.

2. Life times free no issues.

Etc……………

Now every they are sending statements to pay this that etc…………..

Even I have not seen that card; there is no single transaction.

I will not pay even a rupee so please immediately stop sending the statements.
