There is an organisation called Fairlinks Consultants running in Hyderabad. This organisation hires only women employees as HR executives. This organisation is run by Mr. Anil Vohra. Here employees are not given proper treatement as an employee. There are some issues that I want to bring into notice.

1. When you join this company you have to give your original certificates and they will be given back when you leave the job. But usually this is misused and employee has to sacrifice salary for getting their papers back.

2. The reporting time is so strict that if someone comes even 5 minute late then he/she has to lose his/her half day salary which is ridiculous.

3. The employee has no right to take his/her Mobile, personal belongings, tiffin, purse etc to the office. They should be kept in some locker provided by the company that too paid.

4. The employee will get his/her half salary till the completion of 3 months tenure. After that he/she will get full salary.

5. If any employee doest not complete her target then salary is deducted.

6. No leaves are given, if one takes salary is deducted

Working here in this company feels that if someone is BANDUA MAJDOOR and bound to do work.

If something can be done then do consider this request and help the employees.
