Fake message from an unknown I.S.D numbe

Dear sir/mam

On 19 july at 3pm i hv got messege from an unknown number.

on that message i was written that

"You are a WINNER!

You number ********** has been for $2500 CASH prize.

Call 00423662691777 to claim."

I have searched this number and found that, this is number is of Liechtenstein

Original network provider* - TelCo AG

I am reliance smart user and i hv asked costumer care about this message bt he didn"t help from them...

On the internet i have found that there r 7-8 persons who have got same message from the same number. As u can se... below url

So, kindly find out the reality about this number.
