Online booking transaction cancelled but no refund

On 8th May I booked online 3 Tickets of Marathi Movie 'Bokya Satbande' which cost me Rs. 345/- including company's transaction charges. The amt. deducted from my ICICI bank account immediately but afterwards I received booking status as 'Canceled'. I immediately mailed the same to the company for which I received reply that the amt. will be credited to your account in 5-6 working days, but unfortunately it didn't. Since then I have mailed the company 10-15 times, I am receiving same reply each time. Even I have called the number provided in the mail but they keep transferring to various departments. They forwarded me the details of cancellation order in their company's software, but its of no use. They asked me of my account statement which I have provided on May 20th and again I mailed them asking for the status on 22nd May for which I got a same reply.
