I had placed a order for Faraway - Trolley Travel Bag (Product code - 1029) on 14.11.08. Below mentioned are the details.

Since last 4 weeks i am being following up with your executives to know the status of products but unfortunetly none of your executives were able to provide me a POD details. A per your terms & conditions product is suppose to reach me within 21 days. Today we are standing on 09.01.09, Does the terms & conditions mentioned are only on the papers or you are implementing them also?

For last 4 weeks i have been talking to 'N' no's of your executives, below mentioned are some commitment given by your efficient employees.

Asthel: Two weeks back i had spoken with Asthel, when i have asked for the POD details of the despatch product, She had made a comment that POD details are mentioned wrong in the system hence will not be able to provide the details but given a assurance that she will again despatch the product & i will recieve the same in next week.

Someth: Last week i had spoken with Someth on the same issue, He had also commented the same & again disappointed me.

Amit: Today i had spoken with Amit for the same issue, He had made a comment that still the product is not been deliver from thier end & he will check with thier dept. whether the product is available with you or else my money will be refunded. He is supposed to call me today before 6.00 P.M. I am not so sure that i will get a call from him.

Above mentioned commitments from your employees shows how professionally you guy's are dealing with the customers. I doubt if such cases are happening rarely at your end or this is your business module to earn money without sending the products to the customers.

Kindly take a note that i am no more interested in the product & i want my money refunded back with interest within 3 working days
