We are pleased to offer you a position with (FARMS UK AND MARINE FARMS). Your starting date, compensation, benefits, and other terms of employment will be as set forth below and on EXHIBIT A.

POLICY GOVERNING YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. Position: Company has employed you, and you agree to comply and professionally perform such duties as are customarily the responsibility of the position as set forth in the job description to our management.

2. Outside Business Activities. During your employment with Company, you shall devote competent energies, interests, and abilities to the performance of your duties under this Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, you shall not, without Company’s prior written consent, render any services to others for compensation or engage or participate, actively or passively, in any other business activities that would interfere with the performance of your duties hereunder or compete with Company’s business.

3. Benefits. You will also receive Company’s standard employee benefits package (including health insurance), and will be subject to Company’s vacation policy as such package and policy are in effect from time to time.

3.1 Death Benefit. Should Employee die during the time of employment, our management shall pay to Employee's compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred to his next of kin.

4. Sever ability: If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provisions enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent the economic benefits conferred upon the parties by this Agreement remain substantially unimpaired.

• SALARY: 7, 730 Pound Sterling (seven thousand seven hundred and thirty Pound Sterling) equivalents depending on home country and currency preference.

New employed and recruited for AGRICULTURAL PROJECT" (And not presently possessing a valid British Residence and Work Permits / visa) shall be expected to personally incur all expenses as shall be related to the processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the traveling agency and shall be duly reimbursed and will be substantiated with receipts and the employer will reimburse the employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts through the management attorney.

You shall be required to furnish us with your valid British Residence and Work Permits / visa through the authorize agency on or before the 30th of April. 2009 as a proof of readiness to join the FARMS UK AND MARINE FARMS team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with the management and also to enable you receive your first monthly salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with the FARMS UK AND MARINE FARMS in England on11th of May.

However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid British Residence and Work Permits / visa, they are to make contact with the agency address given below for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of their VISA/ valid residence and work permits papers with the traveler agency in London here.
